Combine 1 1/4 cup crumbs, sugar,and butter. Mix well and place in 9 inch spring pan.
In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar beat until fluffy. Add zest, eggs one at a time until blended. Pour into spring pan. Bake at 300 for 60 minutes. Turn off oven with door open for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar,and vanilla spread over cake return to oven30 minutes door ajar
