Suggest a better descriptionGrease a 13x9 pan. Mix 1.2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 6 oz choc chips in separate bowl. Mix other ingredients together. Spread 1/2 of batter into pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of dry mixture on top. Add rest of batter and then rest of dry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
