Delicious potato and dill soup with meatballs as a bonus. You may want to dill pickles for extra flavour.
1. Caramelise onions in butter in pot.
2. Once onions are caramelised add potatoes, peas, dill and beef stock and cover in water.
3. Roll ground beef into small bite size meatballs and add to pot. Cover ingredients in water, bring to boil and let simmer for 40 minutes.
