If you like meatloaf and cheddar cheese you will love these individual meat loaves. They are so easy to make and oh so yummy!!
PREP TIME: 15 min BAKE TIME: 25 min
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl whisk egg whites and milk. Stir in the oats, cheese, onion, carrot and salt. Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. Shape the mixture into eight loaves; place them in a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, ketchup and honey mustard and spoon over the meat loaves.
Bake, uncovered in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink remains or until a meat thermometer reads at least 160 degrees.
This recipe is made with egg whites,fat-free milk and reduced-fat cheese to make this recipe much healthier. Feel free to use regular mustard in place of honey mustard, if preferred.
