Suggest a better descriptionboil water and cinnamon sticks. remove sticks for later use and set water aside to cool. beat egg yolks and evaporated milk til mixed then put on heat for about ten minutes. be sure to stir while heating and do not over heat. remove from heat and let cool. add coconut milk, cream of coconut, and condensed milk to cooled water making sure to mix completely. add milk and egg mixture to the pot with all the mixtures again making sure that all is Mixed well. add Bacardi and vanilla and stir well til all flavors are incorporated..transfer liquid to either a big jug or empty liquor bottles added a stick of cinnamon to either each bottle or all three cinnamon sticks in the jug. let chill in the fridge for about an hour or over night and enjoy
make sure that egg yolks are completely separated. this will prevent any white eggs in the milk mixture.
