Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot, boil water. Peel and cut 8-10 medium to large potatoes. Boil until cooked. While potatoes are boiling, in a medium pot, melt butter Over medium heat. Once melted, add evaporated milk and Velveeta. Stir continuously until Velveeta is melted. Strain then rinse potatoes once they're done. Put potatoes back in pot, once Velveeta mixture is done add to potatoes. Serve with bacon bits.
