Suggest a better description1. Cook the bacon in a 3-quart sauce pan over medium-high heat until very crisp, about 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, move the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. you should have about 3 tablespoons of bacon fat left in the pan.
2. Add the onion, salt and pepper to the bacon fat, and cook until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the garlic, and cook one minute more.
3. Stir in the four and cook, stirring, about 2 to 3 minutes, do not brown. Add the broth and milk all at once, whisking until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat and simmer, stirring a good bit, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the diced baked potatoes, and simmer until nice and thick, about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice,
