Melt butter, stir in flour until bubbly plus 1 minute
Slowly add milk, bring to warm but not boiling
Simmer and stir, add potatoes, bacon, cheese, sour cream~stir continusouly
Let cool and freeze in freezer bag
SERVING DAY:
Crockpot on low all day
Serve with cheese on top
