Cook potatoes until fork tender- drain.
Beat potatoes with butter, milk, cooking creme*, sour cream and spices until creamy. Scoop potatoes into baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and green onions. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approx. 40 minutes
* Cooking creme can be replaced with 8 oz of cream cheese. If you use creme cheeses (instead of cooking cream- double your spices).
Dish can be made ahead- cover and refrigerate for up to 36 hours prior to baking.
** Feel free to use any cheese you prefer. I mixed white and yellow Cheddar. Smoky cheeses would be great in this as well. Enjoy! :)
