1. Cook potatoes the same as mashed potatoes. Drain.
2. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Stir in milk and seasonings.
3. Cook bacon till crisp.
4. Spread potatoes into greased 13' x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, onion and bacon.
Bake @ 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
