Mix in cream cheese, garlic sour cream, milk, butter and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 pepper jack cheese and As I ago cheese then transfer to a 9×13-inch baking dish
Sprinkle bacon and remaining cheddar cheeses over the top and place in oven; bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle scallions, ( chop tops of 3 scallions) on top after baking
