Creamy cheese sauce with elbow noodles and succulent lobster pieces.
Boil lobster tails in salted water. Cook pasta in lightly salted water. Put milk, and butter in a saucepan under medium high heat stirring occasionally until butter melts. Add cheese and stir constantly until cheese melts Add paprika and onion powder. Scramble egg in a separate bowl then temper it with some of the cheese sauce then stir slowly into the cheese mixture. Remove lobster from shell and chop into pieces add to cheese mixture and stir in pasta. Pour into a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
