Thaw lobster taiis in refridgerator overnight. With kitchen shears cut down back of shell , leaving tail fan intact.
Using sharp knife cut thru flesh down to membrane, then spread tail , flattened slightly, back on membrane in shell. Brush with oiive oil or melted butter and bake in oven 1.5 min./ oz at 375 degrees Then remove tails, preheating broiler. Brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3-5min. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges, and asparagus or salad.
