CAREFULLY split the lobster in haft and discard the inside of the body.
1-CAREFULLY split the lobster in haft.Discard the lobster from shell and cut in bite size.
2-Cook mushrooms in 3 tbsp of butter and add mustard,parsley and sherry.
3-Melt remaining butter,blend in the flour'add the cream and cook until thickened(stirring constantly) Add parmesan to taste
3-Season with salt and add mushrooms mixture and the lobster.
4-Fill the shell with the mixture and sprinkle with the cheese.
5-Bake at 425 for 8 minutes,remove from the oven and add pieces of bread on top.
6-Return to the oven and cook for another 12 to 15 minutes.
