These are delicious and could be made into sweet rolls
Mix all the ingredients together until a dough like consistency forms. Add more flour if needed.
Let rise on the counter in a warm place for 2-3 hours, then place in the fridge until ready to bake, if baking right away then skip the fridge step.
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and roll dough into small balls, putting 3 balls in each muffin tin.
I cover with a towel and let rise again for about 30 minutes although you don't have to.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter before serving. (Measure with your heart, can you really have to much butter. LOL)
