Sauté chopped veggies, including garlic until cooked (~8-10 minutes). Remove from pan and add 1 TBSP EVOO. On medium high cook meat. Add veggies back to pan. add jar of sauce and move veggies and meat to cener of pan. Sprinkle orzo around edge of pan. Add the water to the orzo. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Once orzo and veggies are done to your liking, spinach (1/2 frozen box or 1 cup fresh) can be added. cook for 4 more minutes without covering. Serve.
