Suggest a better description1. Rocía una sartén con aceite en aerosol, o vierte unas gotitas y úntalo bien; agrega las rebanadas de lomo de cerdo y dóralas durante unos 2 minutos por cada lado, para sellar los jugos
2. Precalienta el horno a 190°C. Licúa la mitad de las guayabas, la media ciruela pasa (o puedes agregarle toda si gustas) el jugo de naranja y el azúcar; sazónalo con sal y pimienta al gusto
3. Corta en rodajas las guayabas restantes
4. Acomoda las rebanadas de carne en un molde refractario, previamente engrasado con aceite. Coloca encima de la carne las rodajas de guayaba y cubre con la salsa de guayaba
5. Hornea durante 30 a 40 minutos o hasta que la carne esté bien cocida
