Preheat broiler with rack in top position.
Coat steak with worchestershire sauce, olive oil, salt and pperpper. Broil 6 minutes per side. Remove and rest 5 minutes.
In bowl combine horseradish, garlic, red wine vinegar, parsley, 3 T oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Slice steak thin and serve with chimichurri sauce.
