Preheat oven to 375*. Boil lasagna noodles in 4 quart pot. In a bowl mix grated parmesan, shredded Mozzarella, Cottage, egg, and a little salt and pepper. In a skillet cook ground turkey untill completely done on med heat mix sauce and let it simmer on low heat. In a 9x13 pan spread a little sauce on bottom first followed by a layer of 4 noodles make sure they cover the area of the pan. Then spread sauce onto noodles along with a little of your cheese mix and top with another 4 noodle layer. Continue until you have 5 layers of noodles. Make sure to top the last layer with meat sauce and cheese mix just like the others. I place pieces of shaved parmesan in between all layers for added flavor. I also add a layer of mozzarella to the last layer of noodles. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for approxamitly 1 hour. About 560 calories per piece if cut into 8. Total calories for entire dish is 4,540.
