A great summer salad - crowd pleaser at pot-lucks!
In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, and chopped onions.
In a separate bowl, mix one of the Ramen noodle seasoning packets, sugar, vinegar & oil. Discard 2nd seasoning packet.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
When ready to serve, crumble both packages of Ramen noodles and toss with salad.
