Suggest a better descriptionThese delightful cookies are like miniature pecan pies. Thanks ever so much to my dear old friend for allowing me to post her recipe here. Mix together the stick of butter, cream cheese, and flour. Refrigerate one hour. Make into small balls, then press into mini-muffin pans, forming little cups. Mix together remaining ingredients except for nuts. Put 1/4 teaspoon chopped nuts into each shell. Fill shells half-way with filling mixture, then top with another 1/4 teaspoon nuts. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 316 by JB
