Wash chicken well and pat dry. Combine paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in small bowl. Coat chicken fillets with spice mixture. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.
Excellent served with red beans and rice.
