This is a flax egg and is considered a wet ingredient. mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. mix wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. use stick blender to aerate wet ingredients. pour wet ingredients into large bowl stirring just enough to moisten. pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a butter knife comes out clean.
