Simple and low calorie too!
Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.
Place chicken in a tightly sealed plastic bag and squeeze out the air.
Use a mallet to pound chicken until 1/4 inch thick.
Remove from bag and season with salt & pepper.
Lay chicken flat and spread cheese wedge over it.
Evenly layer ham slices over the cheese.
Tightly roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place chicken in pan and cover with foil.
Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking an additional 15 minutes.
Remove toothpicks and serve.
Be sure to pound chicken until it is uniform thickness.
