1. Fry bacon in sauce pan.
2. Add onion and cook over medium heat until soft.
3. Add garlic then stir for half a minute.
4. Add rest of ingredients plus half cup water.
5. Stir well.
6. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
7. Adjust seasoning for taste. (Add vinegar, Hot Sauce, sweetener to taste).
