Suggest a better description1. Dump broccoli and onion into casserole dish. Add 3 Tbsp of water and mix. Cover and microwave 8 minutes.
2. In another bowl mix all other ingredients except butter together.
3. Pour mixture in with broccoli and stir thoroughly.
4. Dot with butter on top. Cook uncovered for about 35-45 minutes on 350 until brown.
