1) In large bowl (room for stirring), combine pre-shredded coleslaw, pecans, and diced apple.
1)In a bowl, combine mayo, cream, vinegar, sweetener, celery seed, and salt and pepper.
Whisk together till blended.
2) Taste it! If it's too tart, add sugar. If it's too sweet, add vinegar...
3) Pour dressing over the coleslaw base and mix well till everything is coated.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to mellow, and coleslaw to soften slightly.
Don't get picky about measurements! Remember... you can always add to, but never take away. Adjust seasonings to your preference!!!
