In a food processor, chop carrots and cabbage about the size of rice. Combine sweetener, salt, pepper, half and half, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
