Low carb fast chicken dinner
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pan fry or grill. Place in greased baking dish. Mix salsa and sour cream and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until cheese melted.
