Low carb steak sauce recipe
Put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer on low for about 40 minutes making sure to stir often. Take off of the burner and let cool. Strain the mixture and discard the diced onion (or use it in another dish.) Pour in a jar and store in refrigerator.
Stays good at least 30 days. Safe for all stages of low carb dieting. Adjust as desired.
