Combine ground seeds and salt in a small bowl. Add water and mix to form a dough.
Divide dough into two disks.
Roll each piece of dough between two pieces of parchment to form a 4-5 inch circle.
Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat and brush with avocado oil. Cook tortillas one at a time for 2-3 minutes per side.
