Preheat over to 325 degrees. Spray 8" x 8" baking pan with vegetable oil spray.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat on high with a mixer for about two minutes.
Pour mix into baking pan and bake for about 1 1/2 hours until deep brown on surface. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To serve, cut into 9 squares and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and berries, if desired.
