Low Fat and full of Peach flavor.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F: spray 9" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, cream the brown sugar and margarine until pale and fluffy, beat in the egg and almond extract. With the mixer on low speed, gradually beat in the flour mixture, beating until blended. Scrape the batter into the pan, smooth the surface with a spatula. With a spoon, drop the spreadable fruit over the batter. Bake until lightly browned and the batter begins to pull away from the sides of the pan, 25-30 min. Cool completely on a rack
After spooning on the peach spreadable fruit, take a toothpick and drag through the batter to make decorative design before baking.
