Burgers: Cook burgers on stove, flip after 5-6 min on one side, add cheese while other side is cooking.
Side salad: Split the spinach, Romaine, tomato, and bell pepper between 2 plates. Add 2 tbsp ppyseed dressing (panera bread low fat) to each salad.
Place finished burger on top of side salad.
Add Ketchup and/or mustard on buns, place burger w cheese inside, add a couple salad pieces (with dressing) in for extra crunch and flavor.
