Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup in a large measuring cup or small bowl. Blend well.
Combine half the seasoned tomato sauce and all remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix until well blended.
Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray. Press in meat mixture.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain well.
Pour remaining seasoned tomato sauce over meatloaf. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
