A yummy lower carb Gluten-Free Loaf.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Add ingredients into a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and the banana is mostly creamy with a few small lumps.
For a smoother blend, use a blender or food processor.
Grease a standard bread loan. Pour in batter.
Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
You may need to run a knife around the edges to loosen.
Cool on a wire rack. It is especially flavorful when still warm. Slices can be toasted.
Keep in the refrigerator. The eggs are prone to spoiling.
When cut into 8 slices, it makes a great main dish to serve with fresh juice and veggies.
This loaf bread is toothsome, moist, and surprisingly sweet. Strong banana flavor.
