Suggest a better descriptionWash beans and cover with cold water and soak overnight. Drain, cover with fresh water and cook slowly until skins break. Turn beans into a large casserole dish. Mix liquid smoke, salt, brown sugar, honey, mustard, onion and worcestershire, add 1 c. boiling water, mix well and pour over beans. Cover and bake in a 250F oven for 6 hours, adding water as necessary to keep beans moist.
