Suggest a better description1. Zwiebeln in Ringe, Knoblauch in Scheiben, Kartoffeln in Würfel schneiden. Speck, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne goldbraun braten, herausnehmen, beiseite stellen.
2. Bouillon und Rahm aufkochen, Kartoffeln und Teigwaren beigeben, zugedeckt bei kleiner Hitze ca. 10 Min. al dente kochen, bis die Flüssigkeit aufgesogen ist.
3. Käse daruntermischen, würzen. Beiseite gestellte Speck-Zwiebel-Mischung darauf verteilen.
Dazu passt: Apfelmus.
