Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat. Add next 4 ingredients and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in large amount of boiling, salted water; until tender. Drain, rinse.
In a separate bowl, Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Layer HALF the noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread with HALF the ricotta filling, add HALF the mozzarella cheese, then meat sauce. Repeat with another layer. Bake at 375 for about 30 min, ( or assemble early and refrigerate; bake 45 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before serving
