Begin by cooking ground beef in a large skillet. Season beef to taste.
While beef is cooking, chop all veggies and place in a large bowl.
Remove beef when done, begin cooking veggies.
Lay out tortillas and add a layer of refried beans, black beans, and cheese.
Add cooked veggies and beef to tortillas.
Roll 'em and stow 'em.
Lightly rinse the beans, as some of the bean goop will act as a taco adhesive. Add whatever veggies you prefer, just keep in mind how it will alter proportions.. Awesome with or without meat. Let cool before rolling and freezing to reduce condensation.
