Suggest a better descriptionGrate potatoes and applwe in food processor, working quickly to avoid discoloration. Squeeze out liquid. Add egg and flour and salt& peper to taste. Mix well. In a large non stick skillet Heat enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Spoon out batter into pan and cook, until crisp and brown on on side, then turn and fry on other side. Drain on paper towels.
