Suggest a better descriptionPreheat over to 300. Grease and flour large loaf pan. Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to butter mixture, alternating with milk beating after each addition. Stir in rind and nuts. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients. pierce the top of loaf with toothpick and spoon glaze over top while still warm.
