Spray a large spring form pie pan and press crust mixture in bottom (and along the sides if preferred).
Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and yolks one at a time. Mix well and scrape the sides with a spatula. Sprinkle flour and mix. Add heavy whipping cream and beat on medium high speed for several minutes.
Pour into pan and cook in a 250 degree oven for 2 hours. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven 1 more hour.
Serve with your favorite fruit if desired.
