Suggest a better descriptionBeat Crisco, butter and sugars on high for 5 minutes, scraping bowl often. Mix eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Add to sugar mixture and beat in well. Mix together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, Beat into sugar mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and oatmeal. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool a few minutes on cookie sheet before removing cookies.
