Grease 10 inch tube pan
Combine oil, applesauce,coffee and sugars in bowl
Beat in eggs and vanilla
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon and add to egg mixture, beating well
Toss walnuts and apples into cinnamon sugar
Stir in apples and walnuts, reserving some for the top of the cake
Bake 350 for 90 minutes.
Best with coffe, not oj
