1. In a bowl add, butter,sugar,eggs,vanilla,mix.
2. Combine,flour,cinnamon,cream of tartar,baking soda,salt,mix add dry and wet.
3. Mix 1 tsp.cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar.
4. Roll a ball of dough in to sugar mix
5. Bake 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
