First, prepare the dressing: Boil the Egg Yolks, Heavy Cream, and lemon jucie until slightly thick.
Second: Mix the whipping cream into the dressing.
Third: Add in the remaining ingredients.
Fourth: Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
It's important to let in remain in the refrigerator for the 24 hours in order to let the flavor of the balck walnuts permiate the salad.
