1. Pour elbows into pot
2. Pour water and salt
3. Pressure cook for 4 minutes with knob set to sealing
4. Strain/separate elbows
5. Melt butter in pot (saute)
6. Stir in flour and mustard powder
7. Add milk gradually beating with whisk
8. Add cayenne pepper and sea salt
9. Stir until well mixed
10. Add all the cheeses and stir until well mixed
11. Turn saute off and add elbows
12. Mix until well coated and serve
