Sara's macaroni and cheese, homemade!
Cook the macaroni in boiling salt and water. In a sauce pan, melt butter, then stir in salt, pepper, and flour. Add milk. Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring continuously. Add cheese and onion. Stir until melted. Mix sauce with macaroni. Optional: place in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
