This is good
Heat oven to 375 F. Cook macaroni in unsalted boiling water til just tender. Place macaroni in ungreased 9x12 inch casserole. Sprinkle with onion and salt. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and mix. Cover; bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serves 12. (1 cup per serving)
Cheese sauce: Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until cheese is mixed in well.
